PNC Mortgage: Greg Burton has been named a loan officer and will cover Lexington, Nicholasville, Danville and surrounding areas.

Health care

KentuckyOne Health: Urologist Dr. Paul Rober has joined the KentuckyOne Health Medical Group, which is part of KentuckyOne Health. He is practicing at KentuckyOne Urology Associates.


Landrum & Shouse: Gregory A. Jackson has joined the firm and will practice in the areas of insurance defense, civil litigation and employment discrimination.


Equestrian Events, Inc.: The following have been elected to serve as officers for 2014-2015: Stewart Perry, Perry & Perry Insurance, president; Lindsey Flora, Kentucky Horse Racing Commission, vice-president; Stephen Hillenmeyer, Stephen Hillenmeyer Landscape Services, treasurer; Mary Hinton, Hagyard Equine Medical Institute, secretary.

United States Equestrian Federation: John W. (Josh) Taylor has been named chief commercial officer and will oversee all aspects of communications, marketing and network/media assets. Taylor was founder and managing partner of Midlantic, a promotional marketing agency serving a variety of sport organizations.


H.W. Lochner: Phil Logsdon has joined the transportation engineering firm as an associate vice president and senior project manager. Logsdon most recently served as the assistant director of environmental analysis with the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet.

Kentucky Department of Corrections: Michael Sparks has been promoted to deputy warden at Eastern Kentucky Correctional Complex in West Liberty.
