Fifth Third Bancorp: Tom Partridge, president and CEO of Fifth Third Bank (Kentucky), has been named to lead Equipment Finance Services, the commercial leasing arm of Fifth Third Bank. Michael Ash, currently market president in Lexington, has been named president and CEO of Fifth Third Bank (Kentucky), replacing Partridge. Assuming responsibility as senior commercial banker and city president in Lexington, replacing Ash, is Mark Boison, the commercial middle market team leader there.
Republic Bank: Mason McCauley has joined the bank as assistant vice president, private banking officer, for the Central Kentucky market.
McBrayer, McGinnis, Leslie & Kirkland: Emily H. Cowles has joined the Lexington office. Her law practice focuses on all areas of creditor's rights, equine business, real estate, and large and community banks and businesses throughout Kentucky.
MCM: Angela Marshall has joined the CPA and advisory firm as a senior consulting manager in the company's key Lexington office. Marshall will work with clients on succession planning, business valuation, transaction advisory services, real estate consulting, special projects and general business development activities within the Central Kentucky region.
