A Lexington man pleaded not guilty Monday to charges that he had sexual contact with children more than 40 years ago.
Stanley G. Glass, 69, was charged with eight counts of first-degree sexual abuse. Lexington police arrested him Friday, according to court records.
According to uniform citations filed in Fayette District Court, Glass allegedly had sexual contact periodically with two children from 1965 to 1973.
He was taken to the Fayette County jail, where he was being held on a $40,000 bond. He is scheduled to return to court March 16.
