A man died in a single-vehicle wreck on southbound Interstate 75 in Fayette County on Saturday afternoon.
The vehicle the man was driving hit the guard rail at mile marker 98, then went off the road and hit a tree at about 3:30 p.m., Lexington police Lt. Roger Holland said.
The driver, who has not been publicly identified, was pronounced dead at the scene. He was wearing a seat belt, Holland said.
