Nicholasville soldier sent to Iraq

Army Spec. Timothy S. Blair, a member of the 2nd Stryker Brigade Combat Team, 25th Infantry Division based at Schofield Barracks in Hawaii, has been deployed to Camp Taji in Iraq.

The brigade combat team soldiers will serve as members of the Multi-National Division in Baghdad.

Blair, a cannoneer crew member, is the son of Timothy and Letha Blair of Nicholasville. He is a 2006 graduate of East Jessamine High School.
