WalkBike Frankfort receives planning association award

WalkBike Frankfort was named the recipient of the 2008 Outstanding Plan Award by the Kentucky Chapter of the American Planning Association (KAPA) for its development of the Frankfort/Franklin County Pedestrian and Bicycle Master Plan.

History center sets July schedule

The following events will be held at the Thomas D. Clark Center for Kentucky History, 100 West Broadway, Frankfort. Call (502) 564-1792. Kentucky Historical Society offices, exhibitions, library and 1792 Store will be closed July 4 in observance of the holiday.
