A tea at Camp Nelson Heritage Park's White House at 2 p.m. Saturday will honor 60 women who put on a series of fashion shows that raised money to buy antique furnishings for the historic home. In 1997 and 1998, as the White House was being renovated for its 1999 opening, the women dressed in replicas of the inaugural gowns of Kentucky first ladies and appeared at Louisville's Galt House, the Capitol rotunda and historic mansions around the state. To attend the celebration and sample some Bull Nelson rum cake, call (859) 881-5716.
