Are you frying your Thanksgiving turkey this year? If so, you can recycle the cooking oil in a safe, environmentally friendly manner at the Gobble Grease Toss from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Friday at Henry Clay High School, 2100 Fontaine Road. Henry Clay students will use the cooking oil to make biodiesel fuel for a science project.
Disposal of the cooking oil at the Gobble Grease Toss is free for Fayette County residents (no businesses, please). Citizens should bring the oil in a sealed container to prevent spills.

Calipari will select the winning design for the new signature Mustang. The winner will receive $2,000 and the pride of knowing the design will be in production and available to customers in spring 2015 exclusively from Paul Miller Ford, 975 East New Circle Road.
The first phase of the contest is to design the exterior of an all-new 2015 Ford Mustang GT. Contestants should submit their designs on Coachcalmustang.com by midnight Monday. Design submissions can be a full vehicle wrap or decals on a white Mustang. Following Calipari's selection, the second phase of the contest will begin, as fans will have the opportunity to select accessory packages to customize the coach's ride.
