T'Neil Davon Martin, an organ, tissue and cornea donor who died in 2010 at age 17, will be represented with a floral portrait on the Donate Life float in the Rose Parade on Jan. 1 in Pasadena, Calif.
T'Neil, who was about to begin her senior year at Bryan Station High School, helped save six lives through organ donation. Her portrait will be one of 72 organ, tissue and cornea donors from the United States who are featured as floragraphs on the float. Floragraphs are facial images comprised of all-organic products such as seeds, crushed flowers and spices.
Her mother and father, Denisha and James Henry, will travel to Pasadena to watch the parade, which will be televised at 11 a.m. Jan. 1.
