Chris Bailey's forecast: Ugly weather to usher in October

Rounds of showers will continue across Central and Eastern Kentucky on Wednesday, WKYT meteorologist Chris Bailey said. These could dump additional heavy rain on some areas. Winds will also be rather gusty, with highs in the 60s.
