Chris Bailey's forecast: Rain keeps coming

Periods of showers will occur across much of Central and Eastern Kentucky. It’s not going to rain all day, but some locally heavy downpours will be possible. Highs will be in the upper 50s and low 60s on a gusty northerly wind.
