Chris Bailey's forecast: Rain moves in, out in one day

Scattered showers and rumbles of thunder develop and roll across the state Friday with an advancing cold front, according to WKYT chief meteorologist Chris Bailey. The best chance of rain is across Central and Eastern Kentucky. However, high school football shouldn't be a washout.
