Harrodsburg Road will be resurfaced between Cave Hill Lane and Corporate Center Drive through Friday. Lane closings and shifts are possible.

North Broadway/Paris Pike will be resurfaced from Cane Run Road to Judy Lane through Friday. Lane closings and shifts are possible.

Major traffic impact

Old Paris Road will be closed one block at a time between Laclede Avenue and Northwood Drive through Aug. 8 for sanitary sewer work. The suggested detour is North Broadway/Paris Road to New Circle Road to Old Paris Road.

Blue Grass Parkway is reduced to one lane eastbound and westbound between mileposts 67 and 69 in Woodford County for replacement of a bridge on Ky. 33. Expect delays on both roads.

East Loudon Avenue is closed between Winchester Road and Floyd Drive through Aug. 1 for roadway reconstruction. Local traffic is advised to use side-street access to East Loudon from Seventh Street. Eastland Drive also is closed at Loudon.

East Loudon Avenue will be closed between Shropshire Avenue and Meadow Lane through Oct. 3 for street reconstruction.

Liberty Road is being widened and realigned from Todds Road to Gerardi Road. The speed limit through the project is 35 mph.

Right shoulders are closed on northbound and southbound Interstate 75/64 from mileposts 110 to 116 for construction. The speed limit in the area is 55 mph.

Lanes could be closed on northbound and southbound I-75 from mileposts 117 to 122 for resurfacing.

Significant traffic impact

The outbound right lane of Leestown Road will be blocked between Boiling Springs and Taylor drives through Wednesday for utility work.

The eastbound lane of Huguelet Drive will be blocked at South Limestone from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday through July 19 for underground cable work.

The right southbound lane of Elm Tree Lane will be blocked between East Short and East Main streets from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday while a crane is in use.

The right inbound lane of West Main Street will be blocked at Newtown Pike through Friday for utility work.

Washington Avenue will be closed between South Limestone and Gladstone Avenue through 4 p.m. July 25 for construction work. The suggested detour is South Limestone to Huguelet Drive to Rose Street to Washington.

Appomattox Road will be blocked through Aug. 1 to replace a culvert. The suggested detour is Della Drive to Beacon Hill Road to Holly Springs Drive.

The southbound lanes of University Drive will be blocked between Huguelet and Cooper drives through July 18 for construction work.

Algonquin Street will be closed between West Main and West Short streets through July 31 for construction work.

Moderate traffic impact

The demolition of buildings on South Limestone will have this impact on traffic:

■ South Limestone will be closed between West Vine and East Main streets from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. through Aug. 30. The suggested detour is East Vine to Rose to East Main to North Limestone.■ The left-turn lane of South Limestone will be closed as needed from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. through Aug. 30. ■ The sidewalk on South Limestone between East Vine and East Main streets will be fenced off as needed through Aug. 30.

Lanes of Meadow Park will be blocked as needed from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. through Aug. 1 for utility work.

Bryan Station Road will be blocked at southbound I-75 from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. through Friday for construction under the roadway.

Chestnut Street will be blocked at East Sixth Street from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. through Thursday for utility work.

East Second Street will be blocked at Eastern Avenue from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. through Thursday for utility work.

The northbound lane of Saunier Street will be blocked from West Short Street to the north side of the Lexington Opera House through Oct. 11. There will be local access only from East Second Street.
