A Fleming County man was arrested and charged with attempted murder after a stabbing Sunday, Kentucky State Police said.
Oscar Garcia, 27, of Ewing also was charged with menacing, carrying a concealed deadly weapon and resisting arrest, state police said.
Garcia was being held Monday at the Mason County jail on a $250,000 cash bond.
State police responded to a report of a stabbing about 10:25 p.m. at 261 Owens Davis Drive. Thomas Huston, 55, of Ewing had been stabbed in the chest, state police said.
Huston was listed in fair condition Monday at University of Kentucky Chandler Hospital.
