A campus alert issued Friday morning by University of Kentucky Police was called off later after details about a robbery from the victim didn't hold up.
The victim told police that he was in the "blue" lot of Commonwealth Stadium near the bus shelter when he was approached by two men who assaulted him and took his medicine.
But the victim's medicine was found on him when he was taken to the nearby Veterans Administration Hospital, UK Police Chief Joe Monroe said.
The victim had a bloody head, but the injury is thought to have happened earlier at a different location and was consistent with a fall, not a strong-arm robbery, Monroe said.

Monroe said the victim "was not coherent." As a result, the alert has been called off.
