Special Notes

Traffic near Masterson Station Park could be congested through Sunday during the Lexington Lions Club Bluegrass Fair. The fair starts at 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, and 3 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.

Mill Street from Main to Short streets and Short Street from Mill to Upper streets will be closed from 7:30 to 11 a.m. Wednesday for NOBLE Summerfest at Fifth Third Pavilion at Cheapside Park.

Significant Traffic Impact

Only one travel lane in each direction of Cooper Drive will be open through Thursday between University Drive and South Limestone while an overhead pedway is repaired.

The right outbound lane of Harrodsburg Road could be closed between Della Drive and Lynn Road through July 25 for utility work.

There will be a rolling lane closure on inbound Rose Street between Euclid Avenue and East Maxwell Street from 6 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Saturday and Sunday to install new aerial fiber.

One lane at a time of High Street will be closed between Kentucky and South Hanover avenues through Friday to replace power poles on both sides of the street.

The eastbound lane of Huguelet Drive will be closed between South Limestone and Rose Street through Aug. 5 for construction work. Traffic will be detoured to Washington Street.

MODERATE TRAFFIC IMPACT

The west side of Harry Street will be closed between East Fifth and East Sixth streets from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. through July 31 for utility work.

The eastbound lane of Penmoken Park will be closed between Nicholasville Road and the end of the street through Aug. 31 for utility work. Two-way traffic will be maintained.

The eastbound lane of West Third Street will be blocked from North Broadway to Bark Alley through July 25 for sewer repairs.

The right lane and sidewalk of West Main Street will be blocked between North Limestone and North Upper Street through July 29 for construction work.
