SPECIAL NOTES

Hernando Alley and Water Street will be closed during demolition of the Phoenix parking garage. Construction is expected to be completed by the end of February.

Weather permitting, four-way stop signs and pavement markings will be installed at North Eagle Creek Drive and Eagle View Lane on Tuesday. Motorists should use caution until traffic adjusts to the change.

SIGNIFICANT TRAFFIC IMPACT

One East Main Street approach lane at a time of will be closed at South Ashland Avenue through Friday to install new traffic signals.

One through lane at a time of the outer loop of New Circle Road will be closed between Sunshine Lane and Eastland Parkway on Tuesday and Wednesday for pavement repairs.

The right lane of East Short Street will be blocked between Curley Avenue and Rose Street through Monday for cable work.

There will be a rolling blockage of the inbound lane of North Limestone from Arceme Avenue to Luigart Court on Tuesday and Wednesday for cable work.

There will be a rolling blockage of the eastbound lane of Loudon Avenue from North Broadway to North Limestone on Tuesday and Wednesday for cable work.

One lane at a time of Clays Mill Road will be closed and traffic will be diverted into travel lanes between Keithshire and Cromwell ways through March 30 as part of the Clays Mill widening project

There will be a rolling blockage of Liberty Road one lane at a time from Winchester Road to Appletree Lane through Feb. 7 to replace manholes.

There will be a rolling blockage in the outbound lane of Liberty Road from Winchester Road to Lagonda Avenue through Friday to install storm sewers.

South Martin Luther King Boulevard will be closed between East Maxwell Street and Keeneland Drive on Saturday while a crane is used.

The outbound left turn lane and left turn lane of Winchester Road will be blocked at Seventh Street through Tuesday to replace manholes.

There will be a rolling blockage in the southbound lane and sidewalk area of Palumbo Drive from Codell Drive to Old Todds Road through Tuesday for fiber installation.

MODERATE TRAFFIC IMPACT

Cable work will close the following streets through Monday:

■ Southbound lane of Curley Avenue from Wilson to East Short streets.

■ Westbound lane of Wilson Street from Eastern to Curley avenues.

■ Inbound lane of Eastern Avenue from East Second to Wilson streets.

The outbound lane of East High Street will be blocked between Woodland and South Ashland avenues on Monday and Tuesday for cable work. Two-way traffic will be maintained.

The eastbound lane of East Sixth Street will be blocked as needed at North Martin Luther King Boulevard through Wednesday for utility work.

The right lane of Ohio Street will be blocked as needed at East Fourth Street through Wednesday for utility work.

The right northbound lane of Florida Street will be blocked at West Seventh Street through Jan. 31 for utility work.

One lane at a time of Morgan Avenue between Bryan Avenue and Oak Hill Drive will be blocked from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. through April 30 for sewer work.
