An Olive Hill woman died Saturday after a one-vehicle crash on Interstate 64 in Rowan County, Kentucky State Police said.
Kelly Moore, 43, was pronounced dead at the University of Kentucky Chandler Hospital about three hours after the crash was reported, state police said.
Moore was driving a 2003 Chevrolet S-10 east on I-64 when the pickup went into the median. The truck traveled about 200 feet before returning to the eastbound lane, but Moore lost control and the pickup rolled about three times before coming to rest on its top.
Moore was not wearing a seat belt, state police said. An ambulance took her from the scene to St. Claire Regional Medical Center in Morehead, and from there she was airlifted to UK.
