SPECIAL NOTES

A Midsummer Night's Run on Saturday will close the following streets at these times: 4-9 p.m.: Limestone at Vine Street, Main Street at Martin Luther King Boulevard, Upper Street at Second Street, Short Street from Mill Street to Martin Luther King Boulevard. 6-9 p.m.: Main Street from Midland Avenue to Mill Street. 6-11 p.m.: Midland Avenue. 8-11 p.m.: Main Street and Richmond Road from Mill Street to Chinoe Road, Limestone from Vine to Barr streets, Upper Street from Second to Vine streets, Esplanade, DeWeese Street from Short to Main streets, Rose Street from High to Short streets, Vine Street detoured onto Old Vine Street.

MAJOR TRAFFIC IMPACT

Inbound and outbound Clays Mill Road between Higbee Mill and Twain Ridge roads will be restricted to one lane in each direction through Friday as part of the Clays Mill Road widening project.

SIGNIFICANT TRAFFIC IMPACT

The left curb lane of East High Street will be blocked between South Martin Luther King Boulevard and Stone Avenue through Aug. 13 for utility work.

Hagerman Court will be closed between East Maxwell and East High streets through Friday for utility work. Local access will be provided.

Marquis Avenue will be closed between Euclid Avenue and Ashland Terrace through Aug. 15 for utility work. Traffic will be detoured, and local access will be provided.

The inbound right lane of South Limestone between Washington Avenue and Maxwelton Court will be blocked through Friday for construction.

On Todds Road, the eastbound lane between Andover Village Drive and Hays Boulevard and lanes at Cypress Point Way will be blocked through Aug. 15 for utility work.

Lanes of Virginia Avenue between South Limestone and South Broadway will be blocked as needed through Friday for manhole work.

MODERATE TRAFFIC IMPACT

Both lanes of Andover Village Drive at Todds Road will be blocked, one lane at a time, through Friday for utility work.

Utility work will cause lane blockages on the following streets through Aug. 31: Blue Grass Avenue near North Limestone, East Fifth Street between Ohio Street and Elm Tree Lane, East Third Street at Warnock Street and between Warnock Street and Holbrook Court, Elm Tree Lane between East Fifth and East Sixth streets, Fayette Park at Von Alley, Montgomery Avenue between Magnolia Avenue and East Seventh Street, North Ashland Avenue at Franklin Avenue, North Limestone at Loudon Avenue, and Ohio Street at East Sixth Street.

The northbound lane of Engman Avenue between Rand Avenue and North Martin Luther King Boulevard will be blocked through Friday for utility work.

The right turn lane of Kimbolton Drive at Todds Road will be blocked 24 hours a day through Aug. 15 for utility work.

The northbound lane of North Martin Luther King Boulevard between East Third and East Fourth streets will be blocked through Friday for street repairs.

The westbound lane of Rand Avenue between North Martin Luther King Boulevard and Engman Avenue will be blocked through Friday for utility work. Local access will be provided.
