The forecast for Halloween looks downright nasty: rain, thunder, snow, gusty winds and crashing temperatures. Highs might hit 50 degrees in the early afternoon and then drop into the 30s around sunset. Temperatures will drop to the upper 20s to around 30 by Saturday morning. Snow is likely overnight and Saturday.
