MAJOR TRAFFIC IMPACT
North Upper Street between West Short Street and West Main Street will be closed 24 hours a day, and traffic will be detoured to North Martin Luther King Boulevard, through April 5 for material staging and building renovation on the 21C Museum Hotel.
Rose Street between Columbia Avenue and Huguelet Drive will be closed 24 hours a day through Sept. 1 for construction of a University of Kentucky science building. Local access will be provided for Funkhouser Drive.
SIGNIFICANT TRAFFIC IMPACT
Lanes of the inner and outer loops of Man o' War Boulevard between Nicholasville Road and Winthrop Drive will be blocked as needed through Friday for sidewalk removal.
Utility and water main work will have the following effects on North Upper Street through Friday:
■ Closed between West Fifth and West Fourth streets and between West Fourth and West Third streets. Local access only.
■ One lane at a time blocked through the intersections of West Fourth and West Fifth streets.
■ Inbound right lane between West Fifth and West Sixth streets blocked 24 hours a day.
■ Southbound right lane between West Third and West Fourth streets blocked 24 hours a day.
The eastbound lane of Todds Road will be blocked between Hays Boulevard and Cypress Point Way through April 17, for utility work.
MODERATE TRAFFIC IMPACT
The sidewalk, parking lane and left lane of South Limestone between Vine and West Main Street will be blocked 24 hours a day through March 31 for the CentrePointe project.
Sidewalks along Conn Terrace and State Street between Elizabeth Street and Nicholasville Road will be blocked 24 hours a day through Nov. 25 for construction of Shriners Hospital.
Lanes of Price Avenue between West Sixth Street and the railroad will be blocked as needed through March 31 for utility work.
Lanes of Rose Lane between Woodland Avenue and Rose Street will be blocked as needed through March 31 for utility work.
