The owner of Lexington’s Le Deauville French Bistro said the attack Thursday in Nice won’t interfere with the restaurant’s celebration of Bastille Day.

“We’re not going to stop enjoying life because of these people (the terrorists),” said Marc Puil, owner of Le Deauville at 199 North Limestone.

The restaurant plans to celebrate the French holiday Saturday with a dinner menu including special cocktails and dishes starting at 5 p.m. It will feature the French steel ball game petanque and live music.
