An Indiana man faces several felony charges after he allegedly drove to Madison County to meet a girl with whom he corresponded over the Internet, Kentucky State Police said Wednesday.
James M. Young, 31, of Fort Wayne, Ind., was charged with first-degree sexual abuse, second-degree sodomy, second-degree burglary, six counts of possession of child pornography and six counts of use of a child younger than 16 in a sexual performance, police said in a news release.
Young was arrested by state police shortly before 11 p.m. Tuesday after they received a complaint about a suspicious vehicle parked in front of a Richmond home. An investigation led police to find Young in possession of child porn.
Young was being held in the Madison County Detention Center.
