A vending-company employee was robbed as he left a Madison County elementary school in the afternoon, Kentucky State Police said.
The 43-year-old employee of Madison Vending Co. told police that two male assailants approached as he left Waco Elementary School at 4:20 p.m. Tuesday. The two brandished a knife and demanded money inside the employee's truck. The employee turned over the money.
The robbers left in an older-model silver Ford Bronco, traveling on Ky. 52 east toward Estill County.
