An Ohio woman died at University of Kentucky Chandler Hospital Tuesday from injuries she suffered in a fiery crash on Interstate 75 that killed a 41-year-old man, according to the Fayette coroner's office.

Melissa Meade, 38, of Warren County, Ohio, died from multiple injuries.

After Saturday's wreck, Meade and two children were taken to the Lexington hospital. Reports said she was the children's mother.

In the accident, a car crossed the median and struck a van, which caught fire. Madison County sheriff's deputies who arrived on the scene said the driver of the van was still inside of the vehicle while it was burning. Christopher Truesdell, 41, of Richmond, was pronounced dead at the hospital.
