Two brothers were arrested and charged Tuesday in the rape of the same woman, according to Fayette County court documents.
Roy McIntosh, 52, and James McIntosh, 50, both of Lexington, face charges of first-degree rape that a complaint warrant says happened on May 21.
The warrant says the brothers used naloxone to “sober up” the victim from narcotics. “When she was aware of her surroundings, she found herself lying face down on the carpeted floor and near a bed,” the warrant says.
James McIntosh was holding her head down and his knees held her arms down on the floor while Roy McIntosh sexually assaulted her, the warrant said. When Roy had finished, he held her down while James took his turn in a sexual assault, the warrant said.
“The victim tried to get them off by scratching and pushing them away but she could not stop the big men,” the warrant said.
The victim said a third man in the room watched the sexual assault, but he has yet to be identified, the warrant said.
When the assault was over, the woman took a shot of heroin, and when she awoke, Roy McIntosh “told her to collect her belongings and leave,” the warrant said.
The brothers were arraigned Wednesday before Fayette District Judge Megan Lake Thornton.
