A Lexington man wanted in connection with a shooting that injured a man in July was arrested Thursday, according to Lexington police.
Alexis Rico Davis, 32, is charged with first-degree assault and is being held in the Fayette County jail. He is accused of shooting a 59-year-old man on the night of July 4 in the 500 block of East Seventh Street, according to police. Davis and the victim knew each other, according to police.
