A Berea man was arrested Monday on more than two dozen charges of possession and distribution of child pornography, according to Kentucky State Police.
Terry W. McFerron, 35, was arrested after an undercover Crimes Against Children investigation after the state police Electronic Crime Branch discovered McFerron sharing child pornography online.
After an authorized search of McFerron’s home, he was arrested on 20 counts of possession and 10 counts of distribution, state police said. Each charge is punishable by one to five years in prison.
Equipment used in the crime was taken to the state police forensic laboratory for examination.

McFerron was being held Tuesday in the Madison County jail.
