A man has been charged with first-degree wanton endangerment and second-degree assault in the shooting of his son in Lexington on Wednesday.
Officers arrived at the scene on Eagle View Lane, near Man o' War Boulevard and Richmond Road, at 8:47 a.m., Lt. Doug Pape said. It wasn't immediately clear what prompted the shooting.
The accused, Bobby Flora, and the victim, his son Keith Flora, were taken to St. Joseph Hospital, where investigators questioned them, Pape said.
Pape said the victim's injuries did not appear to be life-threatening.
