'Dusty Dan' indicted on child porn possession

A former local radio personality was indicted Monday on four counts of possession of child pornography.

Police say Roy Daniel Baldridge, also known as Dusty Dan on country station 98.1 The Bull, had more than 500 images of child pornography and erotica at his home in the 200 block of Malabu Drive.

Baldridge was originally arrested Oct. 13 on firearms and stolen property charges after two men allegedly broke into his house and took a handgun that had been reported stolen by someone else. The Fayette County grand jury dismissed the firearms and stolen property charges Monday.

As part of the "Mooo Crew" on WBUL-98.1 FM, Baldridge was on the air from 5 to 10 a.m. Monday through Friday. He previously co-hosted The Show With No Name on WLAP in the afternoons. Baldridge is no longer with the radio station.

Baldridge's arraignment is scheduled to take place Friday in Fayette Circuit Court.
