Businessman charged with video voyeurism

The former owner of a now-defunct downtown business was arrested Friday night on charges of stalking and video voyeurism, among other things.

Terry Grossman, 55, was arrested after he allegedly broke into a home on Crescent Avenue that was occupied by several female University of Kentucky students.

The former owner of the Mad Hatter hat shop, a downtown staple until it was sold to make way for the stalled Centrepointe project, faces 25 charges of narcotics possession, burglary, stalking, and video voyeurism.

He is to be arraigned on Monday in Fayette District Court.
