Police are investigating a stabbing Sunday at a Mexican restaurant in Lexington in which one man was killed and another was injured.
Gustavo Martinez, 24, of Lexington died of a stab wound to the chest, according to the coroner's report.
Just after 7 p.m. Sunday, police were called to Amigos restaurant, 1455 Village Drive, about an assault, Lexington police spokeswoman Sherelle Roberts said.
Officers discovered that two men had been stabbed. Both where taken to University of Kentucky Chandler Hospital, where Martinez was rushed into the operating room.

He died on the operating table at 8:10 p.m., police said.
The name of the second victim was not released. His injuries were not considered life-threatening.
Police were looking for two men who drove from the scene in a black Ford F-150 with a camper top, Roberts said.
She said investigators think that the assailants and victims knew one another and that the stabbing stemmed from a dispute.
"We're trying to discover exactly what was the cause of this and who was responsible," Roberts said.
