One man has been charged after a robbery early Tuesday by six people on Donnabrook Court near Reynolds Road.
Lexington police spokeswoman Sherelle Roberts said the victim was walking near 189 Donnabrook Court shortly after midnight when he was assaulted by three men and three women, all thought to be adults.
One of the attackers took his wallet and cell phone.
Sometime after that, police pulled over a car carrying three adults at Waller Avenue and Nicholasville Road. Roberts said that she wasn't sure why the car was stopped, but that while checking out the driver, the officer became suspicious that the driver might have been involved in the robbery.

All three agreed to go to the station for questioning, she said.
The driver, Chazaray Mefford, 26, was charged with robbery. A woman in the car was arrested on an outstanding warrant, and the other man had a summons to appear in court. He was issued the summons and released.
The victim was not seriously injured, Roberts said.
