Bricks thrown through school bus window at Lafayette football game

A Scott County School bus was vandalized Monday night while it was parked at Lafayette High School during a football game between the schools' junior varsity teams.

Lt. Edward Hart of the Lexington police said that the police were called to Lafayette High School at 9:30 p.m. because two bricks had been thrown through the front window of a Scott County school bus. The schools' freshman and JV teams played Monday. Hart said there were no witnesses or suspects. The incident is thought to have occurred during the game, when the driver was away from the bus. The police completed a criminal mischief report, Hart said.
