A Brodhead man died early Thursday from injuries he suffered in car crash with a tractor-trailer Wednesday afternoon.
Carlos Adams, 74, died from multiple blunt-force trauma, according to a news release from the Fayette County Coroner.
The release said Adams pulled into the path of the semi at the corner of U.S. 150 and Daniel Drive, south of downtown Danville.
The semi crashed into the passenger side of Adams' car. He was flown to University of Kentucky Chandler Hospital, where he was pronounced dead at 4:17 a.m., about 16 hours after the crash.
