A man armed with a pistol robbed a pharmacy Wednesday in Letcher County, state police said in a news release.
The man, wearing a white bandanna over the lower part of his face, went into the Family Drug Store in Fleming-Neon and ordered employees to put Lortab and Xanax pills into a bag, according to the news release.
Just after the man ran out of the store, people saw a green Ford Taurus speed out of the area.
He was described as a white man about 40 years old, about 5-foot-10 and 140 pounds. He was wearing a dark toboggan, sunglasses and a brown flannel shirt.
