Rashawna Vancleave was pronounced dead at the scene. She was wearing a seat belt but was not in a child-safety seat when the car in which she was a passenger was hit, state police said.

Clark's truck hit Owens' car in the passenger side, knocking it over an embankment.
Clark was not wearing a seat belt and was partially thrown out of the truck. He was treated at Springview Hospital in Lebanon.
Owens, who was wearing a seat belt, was taken to the University of Louisville Hospital for treatment. One of his passengers, Shirley Vancleave, 20, of Lebanon was not wearing a seat belt and was thrown from the car. She was taken to U of L for treatment.
