Kentucky State Police are investigating the death of an unknown man found alongside a road in Boyle County early Friday.
A motorist spotted the body next to Taylor Road, northeast of Danville, police said. Foul play is suspected, although the case remains under investigation. The man appeared to have been assaulted and possibly thrown from a vehicle, trooper Paul Blanton said.
The body had no identification on it, Blanton said, and no further description of the man was available Friday.
An autopsy will be performed at the state crime lab in Frankfort.
