At least 15 people ages 20 through 55 are facing trafficking charges following a drug roundup in Bell County that started Thursday evening.
State Police said in a news release that the arrests came after a one-year investigation into illegal sales of narcotics in the area.
Those arrested Thursday night were taken to the Bell County Jail and all were charged with trafficking in a controlled substance, according to the release.
The arrested include:
Two people from Middlesboro: Jennifer Partin, 30, three counts and Bobbie Partin, 30, four counts.
Nine people from Hulen: Arthur Freeman, 55, two counts; Marcella Southerland, 51, three counts; Jennie Johnson, 34, three counts and one count of trafficking marijuana; Harold Dye, 51, four counts; Bobby G. Johnson, 64, five counts; Terry Henry Jr., 36, two counts; Roy James Johnson, 48, three counts; Brent Henry, 34, one count; and Bobby Griffin, 33, four counts.
Two people from Pineville: Bill Patterson, 26, two counts and George Johnson, 31, two counts.
One person from Tremont: Roy James Johnson Jr., 20, two counts.
One person from Coldiron: Freddie Westfelt, 36, one count.
More arrests are expected.
