A 69-year-old Lexington man has been indicted on numerous sex-related charges involving minors, some of the alleged offenses going back as far as 1965.
Stanley Gene Glass was indicted by a Fayette County grand jury on Monday on nine counts of indecent or immoral practices with another, and eight counts of first-degree sexual abuse.
According to the indictment, Glass "carnally used" the bodies of three girls, all younger than 15, between 1965 and 1973. Glass is accused of sexually abusing a girl younger than 12 between 1999 and 2002.
Glass was arrested in March and was released on bond. An arrest warrant based on the indictment was to be issued, according to court documents. Glass is scheduled to be arraigned in Fayette Circuit Court on May 25.
