A Lexington man was charged with possessing child pornography Wednesday after an undercover investigation by police and investigators from Attorney General Jack Conway's office.
Eliazar Rincon, 41, was lodged in the Fayette County Detention Center about noon after authorities executed a search warrant at his Driscoll Street home.
He is charged with four counts of possession of matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor, a class D felony.
