Police have charged a Lexington restaurant manager with sex abuse and sodomy involving a 15-year-old employee.
Stephen Habermehl, 30, entered a not-guilty plea Monday in Fayette District Court, and his case was referred to the public defender's office.
Habermehl is charged with first-degree sexual abuse and third-degree sodomy.
According to court files, police allege that Habermehl, a manager at Culver's, had sex with the teen employee.
The sex act allegedly was witnessed by another employee, according to the court filing.
