Lexington police are looking for two assailants who burst into a home on Sherard Circle on Monday morning and robbed four residents at gunpoint.
Police spokeswoman Sherelle Roberts said the victims told officers that they heard a knock on the door, and someone opened it to find two men, each armed with a pair of handguns.
Roberts said the robbers demanded money and forced the residents into a bathroom while they ransacked the home. They left with various items, she said.
Both robbers were described as standing about 5-foot-8. One was dressed all in black; the other wore a hoodie with the initial "D" on the front, Roberts said.
They were estimated to be 17 to 19 years old.
