A 20-year-old man was killed Monday morning in a two-car collision in Whitley County, Kentucky State Police said.
Charles N. Mcintosh of Williamsburg died at the scene on Ky. 92, according to state police from the London post. Mcintosh was not wearing a seat belt, police said.
Three other people injured in the wreck were taken to hospitals, troopers said.
The crash happened just after 8 a.m. Monday, when Cindy A. Tackett, 23, of Rockholds lost control of her eastbound 2008 Honda Civic on a curve. The car crossed the center line and collided head-on with Mcintosh's westbound 1999 Civic, police said.

Tackett, who was wearing a seat belt, was taken to Saint Joseph London Hospital for treatment.
Two passengers in Mcintosh's car, Jeremy D. Llewellyn, 25, and Dalton L. Ramey, 21, both of Williamsburg, were taken to Jellico Community Hospital in Tennessee for treatment.
There was no word on their conditions Monday afternoon.
An investigation is continuing.
