A man died in a crash in Clinton County Monday morning.
Jackie Lynch, 35, of Albany, was driving a 1993 Plymouth passenger car east on Ky. 350 one mile east of Albany at about 11:15 a.m. when he lost control in a curve, according to a news release from state police.
The car collided with a westbound 2005 Dodge pickup.
Lynch was not wearing a seat belt and was taken to Clinton County Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
William Moore III, 26, of Albany, was riding with Lynch. He was not wearing a seat belt and was taken to Clinton County Hospital for treatment.
The driver of the pickup truck, Beau Ochsner, 30, of Pall Mall, Tenn., was wearing a seat belt and was not injured, state police said.
