Kentucky State Police arrested one adult and three juveniles in connection with a Sunday night break-in in Grant County in which a bullet grazed a woman's head.
The victim was listed in stable condition at University of Cincinnati Medical Center, said Trooper David Jones, public affairs officer for the state police post in Dry Ridge.
At 9:29 p.m. Sunday, state police received a call that people wearing masks had entered a home on Michigan Avenue in Dry Ridge where a card game was in progress. In addition to the shooting, the suspects had pepper-sprayed the female caller before leaving the home with a small amount of cash.
Daniel M. Swope, 19, of Dry Ridge was arrested on charges of first-degree robbery, first-degree burglary and tampering with evidence. Swope was being held in the Grant County jail.
The three juveniles were each charged with first-degree robbery and first-degree burglary.
