A small plane en route from Michigan to Florida made an emergency landing Monday morning on Ky. 30 in Laurel County, authorities said.
The Laurel County Sheriff's Department received a call at 10:25 a.m., reporting a plane on the road, dispatch supervisor Eric Smith said.
The only person on board the Lake Amphibian plane was pilot Krystian Zytowiec of Michigan, said London police Capt. Darrel Kilburn. There were no injuries.
Authorities are moving the plane from Ky. 30 to the London-Corbin Airport by tractor-trailer, Kilburn said.
