Pike County sheriff's deputies arrested two men Sunday after a streaker poured milk on himself last week at the South Williamson Wal-Mart, according to the sheriff's department.
Videos on YouTube show Timothy Smith of Phelps opening two gallons of milk — one chocolate and the other regular — and pouring them on himself Thursday. Smith then ran through the store wearing nothing except a Halloween mask, socks and tennis shoes.
Smith was going around Wal-Mart cursing and yelling, "I'm on fire!" deputies said.
David Daniels of South Williamson uploaded a video of Smith to social media, deputies said. Daniel and Smith left Wal-Mart and got into a vehicle that was driven by a third person.
Both Daniels and Smith were arrested, and at least one more arrest is expected, deputies said.
Daniel and Smith were charged with indecent exposure, disorderly conduct and criminal mischief.
