Crime of the Week

The Crime of the Week this week is a burglary from Foodland at 508 Eureka Springs Drive that was caught on camera. Just before 3 a.m. Dec. 4, a man in his 20s approached the store carrying a large rock, with a T-shirt pulled over his head. He smashed his way into the business and stole rolls of quarters and lottery tickets totaling several hundred dollars. Bluegrass Crime Stoppers is offering a $1,000 cash reward for information leading to the solving of this crime.

Suspect of the Week

This week’s suspect of the week, Samuel Baughman, 37, is wanted on charges of stalking, violation of a protective order and fleeing from police. He is described as 6 feet, 1 inch tall, weighing 170 pounds.
