A woman has been indicted for shooting the father of her child when he was trying to visit the boy, according to Fayette County court records.
Pamela Susan Mullins was indicted Tuesday on a charge of second-degree assault for causing “serious physical injury” by shooting Robert Swarts, according to court documents.
In a petition for an order of protection, Swarts said he had a weekly scheduled visit with the child every Saturday. Swarts said on March 5, he confirmed his visit by calling Mullins 10 minutes before arriving to her Shaker Run Road residence. After Swarts arrived, he was shot five times and ran to a neighbor who called 911, according to documents.
Mullins is scheduled for arraignment on Friday, July 8.
